Mini Serpents / Seal Falls Retheme

To go alongside Serpents Curse, Seal Falls will be getting a Serpent retheme and will relocate to be inside Valgard.

The retheme will see the Seal boats be replaced to become mini cartoonish Serpents who look incredibly cute.
The change will ensure theres something for everyone to enjoy in Valgard.
